Background visuals
Create some nice ambiance for your party with a shifting montage of background video projections. I meet with you to decide on the style of imagery you want to show during your party. Photos and video you provide can be woven into the montage for a customized experience. Slideshows, titles and custom graphics can also be created. Great for parties and events of all types.
Video projection is provided, with the option of creating a temporary closed circuit TV network in your home or event space to show the video feed on multiple flat screen TVs as well. This can help keep your montage visible to guests even if they’re in different rooms.
Live/Interactive video
A fun element to add is live video. I can set up multiple cameras to capture the action and then feed that video through effects and blend it with the running montage. The result is a very interesting live experience that opens up a kind of new dimension. Great for live music and performances.
The Video Wall
An interactive “video wall” can be set up that uses video projection and effects to let your guests move around in front of the wall and see themselves imprinted temporarily, while they get blended with other video and imagery. The experience is pretty unique, and it lets everyone get creative. Great for dance parties and mellow events alike.
Stream your party montage
With live video of the action at your party or event, and a running montage of visuals, we have created a sort of mini TV station. This can then be streamed live via the web so people who couldn’t make it can tune in by clicking on a link that you email them. Yes, audio included if you want!
Limited DJ Services
I’m only able to DJ these two kinds of music live:
- 60′s and 70′s music
- Classic Rock, Funk, Folk, etc (Sorry, no disco)
- Downtempo, chill-out and lounge music
- Great background music, limited or no lyrics. Never invasive. Good for art shows or as intermission music.
If you have requests or would like any other kind of music, it’s best to set up a playlist and let it go on autopilot, or I can recommend a good local DJ for your tastes. I can help you create a basic sound system either way: Using home stereos with multiple speakers for smaller events, or for larger events; using an old school (but great sounding) PA system I can provide.
